PM Attendant has added an easy way to keep track of your customers through a simple QR code in the software. When a customer comes into the shop, whether they are new or existing, pull up the Edit Customer information page and click on the Quick Edit button.
Have the customer scan the QR code with the photo app on their phone. A screen will appear that will allow them to edit their own information. They can change, add or delete all the information that they want to give you and also check for misspelled items. Then, when they click update, your system is automatically updated.
If your primary focus is an email address, you can encourage them to fill out just that field and make sure everything is spelled correctly. Now, contacting them digitally becomes a breeze.
